what are the best game demos to download for a pc and is there any full games to download ( that are good)?

Why dont you try GUNBOUND its a cool and a free ware game available that you can play on net . Other wise you can try some good game demo like AOE .NFS etc whatever suits your needs .

personally call of duty 2 is a gud game but you'l need a good machine to run it.

also battlefield 2142 free online, Bioshock sugested by SocialWarfare, F.E.A.R, Prey, Doom 3, Swat 4 there all good register here and you'll find everything u want.
