deciding whether to save up for ps3 or xbox 360...currently own a ps2

It is hard to say this point, obviously since the PS3 is not out. It really boils down to personal preference. If you really enjoy playing multiplayer with friends I would recommend getting a 360 because of Xbox Live. I do not think Sony will have an online service like Live. If they do it will not be nearly as good as live, simply because live has been around for years. They have had all that time to make it a much better.Another thing you need to look at is what type of games you like to play - and what game companies will be releasing their games on.The safest thing to do is to wait until all systems are out so you can make a solid judgement.

yup same as above. I say keep on reading joystiq.com, kotaku, IGN, and other video game sites... joystiq usually compares reviews and gives you how much everyone rated the site. so untill the PS3 comes out, we can never tell yet... but I am definitely buying a PS3
