Firstly, uninstall the game and try a clean install.

What are your system specs?

I tried to uninstall the game and it came up with a message saying - "The item 'unvise32.exe' that this shortcut refers to has been changed or removed. Nearest match on size, date and type is:- C:\WINDOWS\system32\ftpupd.exe. Do you want it to point to this target?" Then it asks me if I want to fix it or delete it? I haven't changed anything all I did was try to play the game. It sounds silly but how do I know what my computer specs are? Im not sure how to find them out.
