Default Can you play older PC games (5+ years) on...

...a newer computer without any problems? I have Windows XP on my laptop, and a few games are listing Windows 95, 98 or ME as compatible. The games are discontinued. Would I be able install and play them properly without any problems?

Almost always, yes, especially with XP's compatibility modes.

I think cs_gmlyn… is right about compatibility modes.Let me explain its a way for your pc to run more compatible to older programs architecture .To do this simply right click the icon of the program that you want to run then properties/compatability tab put a check in the box that says "run this program in compatability mode for"then choose what os(operating system) you want then apply.Only do this if you find the progams not running right or not at all.
