iv downloaded FEAR COMBAT and more tho the nite

only thing is when i click the game icon on desk top nowt happens well apart from my mouse curses timer constant..iv check'd to see if my system is upto the job i have 2.4GHZ amd. 1gb ddr memory. 120gb hardrive. 128mb radeon 8500 DV graphics card. its not great but its fine for low game play settings.well more than ok for game play

i'm thinkin maybe this graphics card is the culse this game wont start...unless eneyone els has eney ideas?

really want to play this as soon as i can so if eneyone can help

Not sure on the exact game your looking at (can't be bothered to go looking at this time of the night ) but it sounds to me more like a software problem rather than a graphics card problem.

If it was graphics it should start but just maybe not give very good performance.

I would try

• Shutdown and restart the PC if you haven't already done so. This can sometimes solve problems very easily.
• If that doesn't work then try uninstalling the game, restarting the PC and then reinstalling it. The restart is not essential but may help.

If neither of these work, get back and I will think some more

yeh already try'd that apart from uninstalling it and re installing it as i downloaded it free of that legal website that krill posted..goin to burn it to cd and try it on my mates pc . give that a go :)

windows vista ultimate....iv even tryd runing it in XP mode and still the same problems iv also shared the game tho wireless and tryd it on a diffrent pc and still nothing just the exact same problem i add on my rig so i think it could be a bad download..

I agree it might be a bad download if you get the same problem on two computers/
