Default Can't Remember name of Game

Hi about 5 years ago I borrowed a demo of a game from one of my friends.
I'd like to get the game now, but can't remember what it's called, so if anyone recognises it from the description please let me know.

The main character was a Shaman, that could cast spells that controlled things like lightning and earthquakes.

One distinctive thing I remember from it is that to get more citizens in your town, you must bundle about 6 citizens into a hut and leave them there till they start makin' babies - therefore more citizens.

If anyone remembers the name of the game please help!

Sorry - I meant that u just click on some citizens, then tell them to go into the hut and leave them there. In a couple of minutes more citizens come out.
