 COD 5 Patch Help - Can't Play game

I got COD 5 and it worked fine but the multiplayer said i had to download patches to play other more servers. I went to callofduty.com and downloaded all of the patches (1.1-1.4) but now when i play it, it will say Call Of Duty world at war and then ...

COD 5 Patch Help - Can't Play game
I got COD 5 and it worked fine but the multiplayer said i had to download patches to play other more servers. I went to callofduty.com and downloaded all of the patches (1.1-1.4) but now when i play it, it will say Call Of Duty world at war and then go to the screen where you can select multiplayer, solo/co-op and a bunch of other things. when i click solo/co-op or multiplayer the window goes away and instead of going to the game it does nothing. please help
