When I first installed COH I got reasonable FPS at 1280x1024 High Settings and I would get 30-40fps now I install multiple patches for multiplayer and now I put It on those same settings and I get 2-10fps and yes my video drivers are up to date whats wrong!
 Heres My Specs:CPU: Pentium 4 HT 516 2.93GHZ RAM: 1024MB 533MHZ GPU: XFX 8600GTS XXX (730/1135) PSU: 350W +12V=20A OS: Windows XP SP2 |

have you used the nvidia config tool to change any game profiles, if so revert then to 'let the 3d app decide'

Patches on the whole tend to improve the game but as Spencer2004 says 'let the 3d app decide' also try turning shadows down and some other settings down too like textures
