This is the issue
Turn on X Box 360 system press button to open disk door opens fine
Place disk in tray press to close goes in fine but the open it comes repeat process this goes on where close then open try and other game again try this and again it does the same
remove the disk and press to close and theis will work
this only happens on games new and old
anyone know if they had this issue

This is obviously a mechanical fault.
Send it back if its under guarantee.If not try to fix it yourself or take it to someone that can.

i had this problem .... to get a game to play i had to keep shutting the door over and over i think they told me that the laser had moved and my puting the tray in and out over and over it re positions it
