Look at combat Arms, and then look at Sudden Attack. similar. so similar in fact that they both are down right the same, right down to the knife stab animations! the server listing is the same, the room set up is the same, the graphics arnt, but god damn! its like they just copied off of combat arms! anyone else agree?

Well, it does happen. Combat Arms is free so you can't really expect them to do a lot about it. Whereas TF2 had a recent copy, and nothing's being done about it:

I'm pretty sure its not a mod. TF2 already has ability for you to add custom skins, so you can probably make everyone look like women too. As for gameplay, I can't say as it's not released yet. The copying here isn't as obvious as the one you say between Combat Arms and Sudden Attack, but it's still a copy. It's usually the developers who are lazy and can't be bothered to think of original ideas, so they copy and release it for free.
