 Which game to get I am stuck currently on which game to buy, my choice was originally Crysis but im not sure weather to get COD 4 or something else. COD 4 online seems to be dying, which leaves me in a dilema. Also i was planning to save up for my new computer i only have £45 and the new parts are £225 so should i just by the game?

| Which game to get COD 4 is dying, but PLACE 5 is pretty healthy at the moment. Not sure whether the weather comes into it though. Just buy the game, by the way. And don't make a Crysis out of a dilemma!

| Which game to get If you're getting Crysis I'd seriously think about doubling your ram. Or be prepared for very low resolution and/or detail settings.

| Which game to get You could just wait for farcry 2, the multiplayer support in that game is reportedly across all the platforms it is being released on, sounds like fun

| Which game to get I agree with alex, Crysis would probably have to be turned down a lot, which would impact your enjoyment, which is the point. Isn't it.

| Which game to get You want PC-3200 if you go slower then you current RAM will run slower also. Plus there is next to no price difference. Also if you only have 1 1GB stick getting a second 1GB stick will mean they run dual channel, which is good. Brand doesn't have to be the same.

| Which game to get I ended up getting Mass Effect for 360 and am enjoying it very much, would highy recommend.

£25 seems to much for old RAM especally when i can pick up DDR2 2gb 800mhz Patriot at "ARIA" but i would have needed a new motherboard. I will save up for my upgrades and then get a game. With a custom system.cfg or game.cfg in the root file of the Crysis install you can expect better performace, in XP i was able to play it on high at 1280x1024 with average of 20 FPS (Frames Per Second) wich is fairly playable but 25-30 FPS (Frames Per Second) is what your looking for. | Which game to get I have an NVidia 790i Ultra motherboard, Q9450 (quad core) processor, 8 GB's of ddr3 RAM, TWO 9800gx2's and I was STILL not able to play Crysis in all full settings without it bogging down or crashing. As far as COD4 is concerned? I haven't noticed it being dead on any of the servers I play on. |
