you probably have to unlock it by playing story mode or look in the create a move set and i think it is called cyclone because smackdown vs. raw 06 had that as the name

you have to get your attributes up. While your in your dressing room looking at the computer, leave that part and roam to the left. you will come to a room with a punching bag and a few lockers. thats where you get your attributes. Then get out of everything and go to the main screen and go to create a move or something like that , then pick your superstar to edit. go down to "specials" then to finishers. It should be there if you are using a regular supersatr. If you are using a created superstar then it may take a bit to accrue enough attibute points to get the f-5
