 Jedi Knight Dark Forces 2 cutscene issue

OK, I've recently installed Jedi Knight Dark Forces 2 on my laptop and the gameplay is good, but the cutscenes are pixelated and when there are people in the scenes its all black pixels around them. Anyway I can fix this?...
