during the campaign whenever there is a battle on the campaign map the loading screen comes up bout about half way through loading a message comes up that says that medieval total war has encountered an unspecified error and that it must close Please help

Did you download the update for it? It's a LONG download and a HUGE patch if you haven't. LOL thanks for reminding me about that game, I need to see if it works on Vista and install it on this computer.........
