Recently installed Mirror's Edge ....
The game works properly at start but in the second chapter in which i have to reach a news building ... at reaching that building i enter it dodge the cops and enter the lift ... That it ... after that the game loads back to the point where I'm still in the building from which i have to escape ... Any suggestion on what might be the problem ??? |

If chapter 2 jackknife is the level your talking about, it doesnt finish by getting into the lift,
there is still a bit more that you have to do m8

Sorry It's Chapter 1 not 2 ...
I have to get to a building .... and then escape frm it while a chopper is shooting at me ... I get to the news building i'm supposed to reach .. i enter the lift ... This is where the problem is .. the game is supposed to load the next sequence but instead it loads the previous one .... |

Okay i push through 2 the next chapter ...
and finished it but a new problem has started ... chapter 3 runs very slow making it impossible to play ... |

Have you tried un-installing and re-installing the game? or updated your gpu drivers?
and have you installed the v1.01 patch for the game which is supposed to stop freezes

Finally got it through ..
1. Applied patch 1.01 2. Applied crack 1.01 3. Changed compatibility to windows2000 |

I had to do similar steps:

1.Download official patch for Mirrors Edge, ensure Country/Nationality are matched to install options. 2. Use DVD as normal however I have an illegal version (sorry) so I downloaded the crack for it. (Crack is at the top of my site hyperlinked with download image.) My System: xX_TeK_GaMeR_Xx
