Looks cool, but also fairly boring.

I imagine the implications for it could be great though. Maybe soon just moving you hand around in front of a camera will let you control a gun etc.

Not even that, Sims can be fun for a bit, however with this thing, you are only getting the person to walk around a room, there isn't anything else to do.
