Games rely on other things like CPU, RAM and graphics card power, the motherboard is almost irrelevant.

What is the whole spec of your PC?

I'd guess you'd be ok with a low to medium setting.

Upgrade the graphics card first if you make any changes.

Well games mostly rely on powerful graphics cards, so, if the game doesn't run well on the settings you want then that would be the best piece of hardware to buy/upgrade.
