I have a ATI Raedon 4800 HD and it lags using the default graphic settings... Do i need to upgrade my driver?

Your system might just be too slow to play it. NFS games have always been intense on the graphics cards around at the time of release. While I've never heard of just a HD4800, my 4870 has its slow moments during the game.

Update your driver, see if it helps. If not then post your system specs and we can take a look :)
