Argghhh!!! I can't catch a fish!!! I was loving this game until the fishing, now i'm ready to throw the controller through the window!!! Argghhhh!!! Arrgghhhh!!!

Fishing sucks... Maybe this'll help you get through it:Hold the Wiimote like a fishing rod & the Nunchuck like a reel. After casting, wait until the bobber dips underwater... Then quickly pull the rod up & start rotating the reel quickly. You have to catch 3 fish total in the game, the first two right after getting the rod.Good luck!

yeah man, catching the fish is rough, but the good thing is you don't have to do it a whole lot in the game. i just beat the game last weekend and i think i caught like 2 fish throughout the entire thing. basically, you cast out the bait, like ur actually fishing, and just wait for the fish to come around (takes less than a min), then once u see the bobber start to go down get ready, and as soon as the bobber is out of view, pull back on the "rod", and eventually ull get urself a fish

You reel in too much fishing line, i had the same problem,lift up your remote and press A+B when the fish gets close to the boat. Stop reeling and just lift your remote to keep from missing the catch point. With the 1st fish for the cat, release it by pressing the B-button.

It taken me ages to catch a fish on the game, however if you just calm down (as it gets you moody, I know about this) and read the instructions on how to catch a fish its rather easy.

Buy the guide, it helps.
