Don't you think it's ridiculous how many versions they've brought out??!

What's new except an "i" at the end and a little camera that is probably shocking quality..

well its only the third and i understand that they brought out the "Lite" version because the original was very, very, very, very bulky and had very bad quality lighting.

But i personally think that the internet is a pretty good addition to it, and the camera looks like at least 7megapixels and it can act as a webcam.

Probably will have a horrid lens and the DSi only supports WEP which has been deprecated for years, not WPA.

Well thats news to me lol, they looked like at least 7mp

Anyways, you gotta say it has some nice features such as the ability to return to the DS main menu from a game so you dont need to turn it off/on all the time, and the bigger screens look good too

WEP seems to be coming back in, as WPA is looking pretty flakey.

WEP is not "coming back" when it can be cracked in thirty seconds and has been shown to be a joke by anyone in the field. There is nothing flaky about WPA, it's the new standard, and if Nintendo doesn't want to support it it marginalizes the device to be largely useless for that mode.

Also Black Magic you mention it "looks like a 7mp"

First off, I've no idea how you came to that conclusion from looking at a photo, and it's already been disproved to being a mere 0.3 mp, not even a third.

Secondly it could have a million mega pixels if it wanted (i guess that'd be a terrapixel or something..) and it wouldn't really matter. In the phone world people get to obsessed with how many pixels there are, yes it does have an affect, but not as much as the quality of the lens. Which Katana also informed us, is generic.

Most mobile specifications don't say anything about the actual lens (because they're ashamed that it's so bad - and you can tell this because as soon as it's half decent they print CARL ZEISS all over the phone)

Anyway, that's my little rant, and I'm not trying to have ago, or not at you anyway.. mobile companies I guess I'm just making my point.

Isn't this 3 now?, i mean i know psp have also made 3 now with the release of the 3000, but too be honest haven't nintedo kinda copied Sonys idea of the main interface?, which im not sure of but probably some how have some connection with the wii. I like the idea of the card slot, but that will encourage more people to get ds roms xD, because now it will bee more simpler than having to go out and buy an R4.

And the camera

I like the look of the one butt, i think they should have just saved there money and design a more better next gen handheld, because they've still kept there 2004 ds graphics. which in this day and age well..

Kade, they cant really change the games they made for it originally. Its like as if you were trying to install Halo: Combat Evolved on a Vista 64 bit with a 1gb GPU. It doesn't work.

And now that i own one, camera is really nice. It takes pretty decent pics (on the front one) but the one on the back is, well, just a regular webcam.
