P.C Toca 3 running very bad

HI,
Rite i got my new graphincs card at weekend a 9600GT and i installed toca 3 and i seem to have a issue when racing the graphics seems to be going way quick i mean it imposible to control the car 0-100mph in 2 sec not rite is it.. The sound is fine playing at the correct speed.
I have check for patchs and looked for updates but it still the same (i got v1.1 at the min)
This was fine when i last played it on my 2 x 7900 GT 's.
Befor im asked this is a gen copy in a box! lol

Have you tried running any other games? Do they run OK?

Running the latest drivers from the Nvidia website?

The ones on the CD in the box are probably a bit out of date.

i installed lastest drivers from Nvidia still the same dave,
and it is only this game that seems to be any prob at the min.

It is probably something to do with the game then.
