Default Ps3 different versions

there are meant to be 2 versions of the PS3 a 20Gb, no WiFi ugly one and a 60Gb WiFi pretty one but where is the cheaper version (20gb) or is it only in america ....

Yeah this side of the world got ripped off big time with the PS3, no backward compatibility also, there will be only one version of the PS3(I think) once the smaller HDD ones sell out and they are doing away with backward compatibility on the final(for now) model

Edit: Actually I think the final model will have a 120gb HDD

To 'xactly' there is no such thing as the 20GB PS3 since it was replaced by the 40GB. They were going to produce the 20GB but afterwards they decided otherwise.

As far as im aware there is a 40GB one with no backwards compatibility for £299.

They are also selling the 'full' 60GB version, with 2 games, for £349. However, when all of these are sold they will not be producing anymore. So for a short while there will only be the 40GB one. Although next year they're relaunching a 80GB 'full' version.

So basically, if you want one, get the 60GB version now for £349 whilst its still available.
