Well I do prefer the pc. I have a nice pc. But sometimes I get real sick of computing. And then I just simply want to click on a download to get a game demo. I have a ideal console and accesoires for a nice gaming experience.

I prefer the 360. Dont want to boast. but I got 20MB/s network connection and a 26" 720P HDTV. So I got it kinda relaxe. I love xbox live. It's so easy. And when your to faucking lazy to get to a local shop. You can buy microsoft point with your credit card and download the game at home. Which got downloaded quite fast at my place. But I do prefer the pc. But when being lazy I really like to use a console. A PS3 is to expensive. The difference between HD and Blu ray is noticeable. But just slightly. And you will lose track of the differences when watching in blu ray. Since I did watched blu ray by a friend of mine.

Furthermore there are just more games for the 360. And as final comment. I find it kinda retarded that the PS3 is slightly better in graphic performance then the Xbox360 since the PS3 came out a year later. And it is just slightly. I woudnt even say the graphics are better. The console coud have much better graphics if sony just focussed more onto the graphics instead of that crappy blu ray.

PC is the best as you don't have to keep buying new consoles you can just upgrade and it's cheaper anyhow.
If I had to pick one it would be X360 because of Halo and Gears of War... And to annoy the Sony fanboys

Everybody is entitled to their opinion ...... so heres mine;

the cheapest PS3 is £300 without any games but i got a special offer so for £320 i got the XBOX 360 ELITE with Extra Controller, Viva Pinata, Forza Fotorsport 2 and HALO 3. the PS3 does have a blu ray player but we are still waiting to know which will take off BLU RAY or HD DVD. the PS3 still doesn't seem to have better graphics considering it has 25 Gb for textures. The XBOX 360 you do have to pay for online and for wireless but PS3 free wireless online will never beat HALO 3.

Also TomlsFat to upgrade to play a game like CRYSIS and BIOSHOCK will require a vet good GPU like an 8800 GT, a good chip like E6600, and a good PSU like 600w this all becomes very dear and the games never work properly whereas XBOX 360 games are designed especially for that system taking full use, but the pc are used on top end cards like crysis, there is still no GPU that can show the ulra settings.

Also the graphics are much better then ps3 , if the xbox didn't have the halo's then id probably go with Sony as i still love the retro ps1 and the Need For Speeds on ps2.

I think xbox 360 is better than the sp3 because you could go online vs other players and there are more games out on xbox than on ps3 !

Hehe, i've changed my mind lol. I love the PS3 now. For £250 it's extremly good. For £450 it was extremly dear. Even though the 60gb was far superior the release of the 40gb made it much more affordable. I'm gonna get one at the end of the year. Still I don't like the fact that the games are like £30. Two games = new processor. 4 games = new gfx card etc.

But still you can change the graphics card on the Xbox 360 and you can download the games for Xbox and put them on a hardrive for constant use.

Now that Blu-Ray have won the war i think the value for money of PS3s have gone up considerably. The cheapest Blu-Ray player is little under £200 which is only slightly less than the console.

I think 360s have better and more games at present, but i think with the furture development of Blu-Ray PS3s will take over big time and make so much more use with the 50GB of data it can hold rather than just a simple DVD. My opinion has recently changed, i believe that if you buy an Xbox now you'll highly regret it a year or so's time.

i think if you want blu ray in the future get ps3 if you simply want a gaming machine xbox is the way

I might be getting a PS3 tonight. 60gb for £300 used though. I wanted the multimedia capabilities of the 60gb. I think i'll put a 200gb Hdd in it eventually. GT5 is kind of making me search for one

Well now the PS3 is £270. You can now get for £310 a 40gb PS3, 2 controllers, charging station and a game. The online is free. The blu ray has now won. It has bluetooth and wifi. And the 60gb has a card reader and 4 USB ports. Sounds a bit like a PC to me. Also I read that it has an 8 core CPU in it. Each core running at 400mhz. Plus the reliability of the XBOX isn't too good. The only true advantage that I can tell at this moment is the bigger HDD but the PS3's can be upgraded.
