Default Question about Far Cry 2

I seriously doubt it will be supported, but yes, I think it should play on there.

Default Question about Far Cry 2

You do mean 160GB hd right? not 16... You should be able to play, like thingie said. Google the system requirements, I think I heard that HD3000 series is supported....

Default Question about Far Cry 2

I may be too late, but Farcry isn't that good. You basically do the same three missions over and over and over and over and...................

It was fun at first, but the repetition gets....... well........ repetitive.

Default Question about Far Cry 2

Supported are
Quote:
Supported Video cards:
NVidia 6800, NVidia 7000 series, 8000 series, 9000 series, 200 series. 8800M and 8700M supported for laptops. ATI X1650 – 1950 series , HD2000 series , HD3000 series , HD4000 series .
I was able to play it with my laptop, Pentium M2.26 and a 7800, but at a miserable 20-30 fps, yours should be able to play it

Edit: And yeah a agree with Budda, this game has had alot of mixed reviews, some love some hate
TBH I liked it at the start, completed about 16% and then got really bored of doing the same thing over and over, you spend most of the time just driver from point to point "YAWN"

Default Question about Far Cry 2

Yeah SW I know what you mean lol. I FINALLY got up the patience and played it to the disappointing end. Don't bother doing so BTW, I'll let you know the storyline if you want and there are NEVER any more "missions" than you got in the first 16%. Kill the guy, destroy the convoy, blow something up, and they are ALL the same the whole game through. After the hype, I was sorely disappointed.

If there was someone I hated enough that was a gamer I would send them the game for free lol. Been playing FPS games for 20 years and this one was the WORST one I've ever played.

Default Question about Far Cry 2

agree with bubba totally its a waste of money same missions again and again, like bioshock stomp around kill this. pic that, again and again, seems they want only to improve the graphics and wot u can destroy and hitman if your system can play crysis get it. its so playable and gets better each time you play it

Default Question about Far Cry 2

Gotta disagree with the Crysis remark, very overrated IMO, now Crysis warhead is a far better game
