Just like to know from all you older gamers which console/pc you first played/used and got hooked on playing games with, even after all this time you may still go back to it and play the old games or after all this time, wish to find the system, or game to play again that you remember having so much fun with,
So let us know which one it was, i first got hooked on a commadore 64 plus 4, remember the tape taking ages to load fire ant but hell it was a bloody good game when loaded for its time and the game i go back to, goldeneye, mostly, a brill game just hope they do re-develope it
Theres just two rules to this thread
RULE 1:-) reto consoles include all tape or cartridged based games and not to games on a cd
RULE 2:-) just want to know your first console/pc and game that you played to death, and your current fav old game not a list of different consoles and games

Well, they're three different types of system: 486DX, then Game Boy Pocket, then N64.

Super Solvers and other DOS games -> Mario 6 Golden Coins -> Starfox 64 are the games I remember playing the most. There was an excellent DOS/3.1? game that was a combat space sim with a lot of weapons that was pretty cool but I can't remember its name. :/ My parents wouldn't let me rent GoldenEye :p

Atari ST1024. The games still seem to exist, but people use their phones, ipods () and gameboys to play them now.

First ever console I owned was a Commodore Vic20. Not sure if there were a lot of games available for that one though but I din't care. Was only interested in playing Pong on it anyway...

Went from that to a Sinclair ZX81, then a Spectrum 64 (The one with the blue rubber keys) and finally a C64 with a massive 5.75" floppy drive.

Best game ever: Hidden and Dangerous on the PC.

Cheers:
Chris
