there may be a better place to post this but i really am baffled. the graphics when i try to play the sims 2 and certain other games go all messed up like in the picture. It also kind of happens with google earth. does ANYONE have any idea what could be the matter?

Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!

Could be driver related, what driver are you running?

Could be your card has lost it's VGA setting? have you shut the pc down incorrectly recently (just by pressing the case power button).

Could be your monitor settings, are you running at 60hz?

have these games worked before? and what are your specs? if theyve always been like it then it sounds like ur computer is not up to spec

no it happened really suddenly and the games worked fine before. my computer's up to spec and everything, but i just get that funny thing when i'm in the actual game playing bit. the start menus and everything are also fine.

what gfx card ya got? id check you have the latest drivers so atleast we got a starting point lik alex stated ealier.
