Umm well this is what google gave me:
Delete your gta-vc.set file. Somehow get the game to load up in a resolution other than that (I could mail you my gta-vc.set if you wanted to do that) Install a different graphics card which supports that resolution. |

Right. I'll emal you now with the file. You put it my documents/gta vice city user files . You may need to create that directory if it isn't already there.
