Default Wii and Nintedo DS LITE hookup??

Hello! I don't know if you are well informed, but I do not recall of any cables or hook-ups that the Wii & DS Lite may have.If Nintendo says that "wireless" is the ONLY way to link a DS Lite with a Wii, then I must take their word on that. I'm a Pokemon "afficionado"& I just can't hardly wait for their DS versions to be released, even worst the Wii version Pokemon game. Anyways, to make this seem much clearer, the Pokemon franchise will make a connectivity to allow the person who have Pokemon DS versions games to battle against a person who owns the Wii version Pokemon, but of course they may also trade & whatnot. Besides Pokemon, I do not know at this moment what DS-Wii games can connect, all we can do for know is wait (SIGH!!) Apart from connectivity, I heard a slight rumor that Nintendogs "may" have some influence in the Nintendo exclusive superstar fighting game called "Super Smash Bros. Brawl".I did see the teaser trailer video & saw a few Dogs from Nintendogs, but I don't know what this would be about. Right now it's impossible to determine what upholds us to our favorites games, until we see real proof from the pros at Nintendo. Well good luck to you, take care & e-mail me if you desire to talk some more about Nintendo.
