Yeah! I'm sick of all these people talking about how cool it is! How can you drop hundreds of dollars on a console where you beat the 50 dollar games in 45 minutes??Where is the satisfaction if the first time you even try a game you're good at it? I bowled a 230 in Wii Sports the first time I ever touched a WiiHow is it so revolutionary? Clap on lights are revolutionary, not a video console for 5 year olds.Start making feet, hand, and hip sensors, and develop some better games, and then I'll drop my cash that should be going towards college tuition on it! Also its kind of ridiculous that people say the Wii is exercise, fits nicely with the big FAT epidemic that swept through America.lol wee whiz

THE WII IS NOT OVERRATED! You just have to slow down and play the games at a nice normal pace. There could be hidden extras and you would not know because you went too fast! In bowling, 230 is an average score! Why don't you just practice? If you don't want your wii, SELL IT ON eBAY!!!!!!!!!!

First of all, if you did buy it, maybe you should have researched it before you did. Too Expensive? The Wii is the least expensive next-gen console on the market coming in at $250, versus the Xbox 360 at $400 and the PS3 at $600 (the good versions). Wii sports, the game you seem to be talking about, came packed with the system, so technically, no matter how much you think it sucks, you got a free game. Too easy? It was meant to be easy so it could introduce people to the Wii's controls. In all honesty, anyone could get a 230 on Wii bowling. It's not revolutionary, you say? It is revolutionary in the field of video games, allowing more control over home console games than ever before. Hand, feet and hip sensors? Do you want a $1,000 game system? The manufacturers have to make a profit, you know, and those types of things cost a lot of money. Look at the PS3. It costs $600, but because of the built-in Blu-Ray player Sony is losing money on every console. Exercise? I have never heard anyone say that the Wii would help you lose calories. Video games cannot be blamed for people being fat, only the people can. The game does not force people to sit down and engorge themselves on 20 pounds of ice cream. If anything, I would say that the Wii is a step in the right direction.Last-gen hardware? It saddens me that people think graphics and sound make the game nowadays. What really matters in any game isn't how good the game looks, how much gore is in it, or how much you can "pWn N00bS," It's how enjoying the game itself actually is. Also, whether or not you think it, the Wii is ahead of other consoles. If someone were to really use it to it's full potential, it have some great graphics.Kid's games? This goes back to my statement that blood, sex, and other mature content do not make a game great. Let me fill you in. There are currently many games headed for the Wii, including a survival-horror game and also a game where you play an assassin whose goal is to kill other assassins.So before you go blabbing your mouth about "how this sucks," and "that rules," maybe you should do a little research so I don't have to write an extremely long answer like this again.
