i had this problem if its still under warranty send it back..if like me you will have to put up with it or do something about it most computer shops fix this problem but its not cheap or if your brave enuf open her up and put some thermal paste in between heatsink and processor's as thats the problem also a good clean i replaced my fans with a higher rpm speed and never had a problem since
just google for help if you do and youtube has loads of step by step vids

also if one day it stops reading your disks and makes a weird noise when trying too your lazier needs a clean and you will need to open the 360 up again to clean it manually as a lens disk cleaner can not be read by the 360.. hope this helps

2 Red rings means the machine has gotten the feared " Red rings of death. Which means your Xbox 360 is "dead"

No, that's 3. 2 is just an overheat.. but it's only one ring away and defiantely something to consider.
