| can anyone help, the door just keeps opening itself no matter what i do therefor it wont play anything. its my blokes and i need to get it sorted before he realises or ill be in big trouble. helppppppppppp. x |

| Mine did this a few times as well. (one of the reasons i sold it). It turned out the eject button next to the drawer had been pushed down (the xbox was horizontal) slightly and was catching a a piece of the case that was located behind it.
