I am unable to connect to live , I use ADSL connection to connect to internet , I tried configuring my modem but no help what should i do , does this has anything to do with my ISP ?

depends what your connection speed is and who is on the server doing what at what time... i would contact your ISP get some help from theme.

Yes, the test should be able to help us to help you. Run the connection test and post back with the results, we can then find the source of the problem.

but sometimes it lets some people sign on right after the server has rebooted and for others it takes a few hours
