does anyone know how to connect an original xbox to a pc without an ethernet cabel coz mi computer doesn't have an ethernet input..could i plug the ethernet into a modem, set up a server on my computer, then connect my xbox to an FTP on my computer? would that work?

what exactly are you trying to do?, connect to the internet on the xbox, or just mess around with all the drivers and settings?, if its the drivers and settings, im not sure if that would work depends its not something id really know about.

I don't know about that. I'm using a Belkin router, 2 ethernet cables, and a modded xBox with UnleashX installed. I use FTP to do that. You can't use an RJ-11 to connect to an external server, the xBox has no RJ-11 port.
