That's a way early part of the game. You have to dig inside the house and the sword is on the couch. Just go over and press A near the couch and you should pick it up. If not IGN has a great TP guide, just search twilight princess wii guide in their search engine and you should find it easily.

In terms of games, I'd reccomend Metroid Prime 3: Corruption, Mario Galaxy and Super Smash Bros Brawl-all coming out near christmas. Mario Strikers Charged has good gameplay and wifi play if you have wifi set up, so that's a good one to get.

Mario Kart for Wii. Unveiled at Nintendo's E3 conference, will come packaged with a Wii Wheel which is designed to make the game more accessable for beginners. According to screenshots you can play 12 driver races, Wifi will be big with online battle mode for the first time.

I'm a wealth of gaming information.

Not sure. I don't believe there is a release date for that. I bought the Nintendo Official Magazine today, and apparently Mario Galaxy is AWESOME. Comes out a few days after my birthday though. If only I had a Wii!
