The low voltage side of the PSU is isolated from the mains side by nature of the transformer.

The PSU will not be worried where it gets the +5v (I think thats the voltage) to signal it to turn on from. Ground is ground.

there might not be, as it would be such a small difference, but I don't think anyone uses them there anyway. So in all, just forget what I said, I was just tring to make a cleaver remark
