Default Decided on PCP&C Silencer 750W...what do you think?

I currently have a Rosewill 550W PSU. I have got some bad feedback on this, so i decided to upgrade to a PCP&C Silencer 750W.

On a scale of 1 to 10 being the best. What do you think?
