Default Dont try this at home

I recently had a m8 who tried to by-pass his psu with the mains, ( his latest fiddleing ) thankfully it was just his psu we had to replace as he didnt manage to by-pass it as his son caught him just in time ( he thought it would speed up the pc ) anyway i showed him this after he didnt believe me that you had to go into bios to speed the pc up
what you guys think?
its been slowed down and i loved watching the circuits light up

Nice!

Is that video faked? I would have thought there would have been one big bang then nothing. Thats what normally happens when a circuit board gets fried.... And I would have thought the motherboard would have gone black and burnt... Considering the voltage.
