Default Extra fan.

Hi, I think that I need another fan for my computer. There is a spot on the side for a fan, and I measured the diameter as 150mm. I can't seem to find any fans that are 150mm. Am I measuring the wrong thing? If you can find any 150mm ...

Hi,

Am I measuring the wrong thing? If you can find any 150mm fans, I would prefer they are Australian based sites, so the delivery fee won't be as expensive. If you can't I guess I have to use a bigger fan. (much bigger and it stands up)
Thanks in advance.

Yea, but the question is, will it screw into the side? there are holes, but they are smaller than the ones meant for screws.

Could you take a picture of the side or area and upload it here? that way we can provide much clearer answers

Might be a bit hard to see, but in each of the corners, there is a indent where the screw is meant to be.

Maybe you could get smaller screws? if not then you could get a drill and some drill bits and make the wholes a little bigger, or use a round file.

I don't think smaller screws would work, because then it would be to small for the fan. But making the holes bigger seem too much hassle... I'm not much of a phyiscal working guy, so I'm not really sure how to do that.

just use krazy glue... screw the screws... no drilling, no trying to find the right size fan... ect

just don't expect to get it off easily... lol
