The PSU rails go all the way across the top of the case, with a hole in the inner facing side (a sort of C shape) So I could get some perspex and slot it in there, then cut a hole in it for air to be sucked up through and mount the radiator on top. Then cut a circular hole on the very top panel of the case and stick a mesh on it and another fan.
