Default Is this a good brand?

Was recently looking to buy a new graphics card and found that I'd be needing a new PSU also. I have heard a few problems regarding cheap PSUs and a few tips on which brand to go for, but does the brand actually matter? Would anyone recommend this:

Why risk it?

Stick with the KNOWN good brands, no matter what other deal you can find.

Coolermaster
Silverstone
Enermax
PC Power & Cooling
Zalman
Thermaltake

There are many more...

Don't risk it
