Default Im in the market for a good UPS (back up battery)

Lately there has been more than my share of power outages and yet only lasting a minute or two. well, i sick of them turning off my computer so i need a UPS to hold me up for a min or 2. i was thinking about getting this

i need to buy a new computer before i buy one, but does anyone have any other opinions? cuz i think this could be a really good product.

Seems to be a good product.

UPSs are really great, when the power goes out. All the rest of the time there a complete waste of time.

I have always used APC ones but thats just personal preference.

around here there are a lot of storms. and with them come the (sad but true) power outages every time!!! they only last a min or less, but they are so annoying.

yea, if I lived where you did, i would want a UPS too, however I don't think i Have any need for one here, our electricity never seems to go out, and for my new computer, because of the insane amount of power it would need, the UPS for it would be way too much.
