| Could be an error, could be genuine, either way it's pretty low and poor PSUs are cheap to replace and can cause you headaches, just pop a new one in.

| yeah, im just asking as i dont want to be running the computer in this state if its going to do damage to it? or will everything run normally at this voltage under normal loads? |

| It should be fine just replace the PSU ASAP.
