thats looking awsome :) i didnt notice that that psu had 2 power connectors till i read what you'd put. couldnt you have wired both PSU's into the same power connector? am wondering though, how are you going to switch the second psu on and off thats not powering the motherboard?

disconnect psu but leave plug in the wall but obviously tend off . leave for about half hour.disconnect from the wall. then you are safe to open it up.. i dont use ant static wrists. and i have never had any problems.
the metal i used for the boxing is just what i had left from cutting the windows out of the case panel doors

not sure..probably not as one psu draws certain amount of current. and as im using a 750w and a 150w i tho it be best and safe to use and add another plugto get the other psu to come on at the same time as the other one simply going to hotwire the second one. step by step on how to do that is on my website...
