well after my other thread i was thinking about getting led fans well now i have another idea, get non illuminated fans and just get a cathode

this is my case with a cathode  so i know it will work but what i want to know is what cathode i would need and what is an inverter? secondly i want to illuminate my front bay as you can see on the picture it has a led fan now what could i use to iluminate this? would some neon string be enough? ir maybe a small 18cm or less cathode? also where does the cathode plug in ? does it go into a molex? thanks for reading i hope you can help My System: Cewy's wonder macine

upon further inspection there is a small blue led that is lighting up the front it isnt just the fan meaning all i need to worry about is one cathode
so how hard would it be to fit my self and what one do you reccomend? |

couldn't you get a cheap led fan and strip the led/wires , with a molex connector and use that instead?

Wow nice mod is there a special site i could buy a cothode from to fit in my case ? i expect they have molex connections?
