The GTX's pcb measures 4.4" x 10.5" at it's longest and widest points. Which is approx 10cm width by 23cm length.

The 3D has a width of 205mm or 20.5cm. Take into account the mobo risers (about a cm) the mobo pcb and the height of the pci-e slot (say 3cm to be sure) and the width should be ok.

The length concerns me though. Infact, why not just take a tapemeasure or ruler with the card dimensions given and measure the case?
