Thats a load off my mind then lol I was thinking of getting either an Enermax Galaxy 850w or this Cooler Master which is also 850w (http://www.ebuyer.com/product/132289) Im leaning more for the CM because its within my budget.

I quote everyone who asks, Enermax, for one reason only: they're the best on the market across all wattage ranges. It's been proven to my personal satisfaction time and again.
But the CM is not a bad psu; nicely efficient, good price and stable at peak. So nicely spec'd on the two of them for your part. Also, good choice of wattage considering you're going dual-card and AMD card's do like the electricity. Either psu to be frank, but if the Enermax is out of budget and the CM in, then go for the CM. Just to confirm as well, I've done some checking and the CM will handle dual card's upto and including the X2900XT. The CM also has a 24pin+8pin (2x4) connector as some motherboards have a 8pin socket. In what respect do you want the 12v rails simplifying?

Well what conufuses me is the amount of rails... Obviously more is better but why do you need more lol I was told my current one only has one and apparently that a huge no for the system i intend to build. Well it is cheap at only £22 lol Cant expect miracles from that price range =P

I'd agree with Alex; Enermax is the best there is.
When I bought one, the first thing I said when I took it out of the packaging was "Wow.....". I could tell from the moment I saw it that it was a piece of A-grade machinery. Didn't have a single scratch or oddity, looked great, was very silent... pretty much any good comment I can make applied to this PSU.
