You're not going to need a 800w psu. At stock speeds a decent 600w would more than suffice. But considering you want to oc I'd be looking at a decent 700w.

You'll note I state 'decent' on more than one occasion.

The psu you linked is an 'extra value' psu, which means it's generic. I can't tell you the amount of times I've helped out with issue's with generic psu's. My contempt knows no bounds in regards to these things. The psu is the single most important component in a pc and purchasing one should be made carefully and not by looking for the cheapest.

Coming back to the linked one. You'll note the case is a standard size, which means you'll have all the heatsinks for that wattage psu crammed in even more than usual. This means it will run hotter and louder.

Generic psu's also struggle to output their max quoted wattage, and even should they do so they tend to be very inefficient. 50% efficiency is not unheard of. Using that percentage against the psu you quoted (for the sake of argument) it would mean that the psu would need to draw 1600w from the mains to reach peak output. Watch your electricity bills skyrocket.

Whats your budget?
