Which PSU should I get?

Well I was going to get an Enermax Galaxy 850W however now I am thinking, maybe it's a little expensive. So I would like someone elses opinion on what I should get, is it rearly worth getting an Enermax galaxy, or if it's just overkill?

will that be with the "self buit several years ago"? if so that would be wayyyy over kill try something more around the lines of 500 watt try the hec Orion its what i have and it seems to be pretty good http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817339001

oh, sorry, I didn't say it was for my new build. Has an 8800GTX a Q9450, 2 raptors, GA EX38 DS5 1.1.

EDIT: Oh, and I'm probably going Sli soon when I can afford another GTX

in that case 850watts should be fine just make shure its sli ready!

Is 850W enough if I go SLI with 2 8800 GTX's? for will I need 1KW? because the Asus calculator says I need 700W for 1 gfx card, but 1KW for 2.

the 850watts should be good it has 5 rails also which is good so ya i would say go for it
