Hello,
I just finish my submerged computer case !!!!
Here is few pictures...







The system inside is:
intel Q6600 at 3ghz
EVGA 8800gts overclocked
4 go corsair dominator pc 8500
power supply Corsair 620w
WD black caviar 1To
WD caviar 250 go.
The cooling system is a MagiCool Xtreme Nova 1080 (9 x 120mm fan) radiator and a 360 mm fan.
It is connected to a Koolance PMP-450 high flow pump.

Looks real nice.

Good job.

I'd be so anxious that the Casing would break slightly, and the parts would actually becom submerged, rather than just in a submerged case :S

Hi,
I'm not sure to anderstand your comment (sorry my english no so good..)

but I use very strong acrylic sheet to do it (probably much strong than needed)

And all the parts (except harddrives, dvd drive... ) are submerged into the oil.

That how th system is cooled.

Oh wow, that's even more impressive.

I didn't realise it was cooled that way, I thought it was just for effect!

It is mineral oil (odorless and tasteless)

Just be careful that some of the connectors don't get coated in oil, the oil wont conduct the electricity and will result in a seemingly dead PC. Let us know how it goes and what type of speed and temperatures you get with it.
