I kept thinking about it ages ago, when I first read about water cooling, I thought "hmm, why doesn't someone make a case that has air conditioning, or is like a fridge?" but they have (fridges are phase cooling and costs a bomb, but cools CPU's to about -40C even at about 5GHz

Or if you're on a budget you save in two instances:

1) You buy no case

2) You dangle you're components out of a window.

Seriously though... it would keep them rather cool

Theres no real problem with doing that, its just neatness..

Agh, thats true.. Well, you save on a case but instead you have to spend ten grand on eaves for your roof

Yea, that's only for serious overclock attempts though, like trying to beat the world record etc. It doesn't last for long though as the Nitrogen evaporates pretty quick, so there isn't any left, leaving constat running on it outof the question. Phase changing is the only reliable, constant way of getting seriously cold PC's

You have the toaster on the front, then you use phase change to make the rest of your PC a freezer/fridge
